Day two of heat warnings for parts of N.B.

You’ll need to seek the shade or a cool place again on Thursday if you are away from the Fundy coast..

Heat warnings remain in effect for areas including St. Stephen and northern Charlotte County, as well as Sussex – Kennebecasis Valley and Kings County.

Environment Canada says regions under the heat warning will see temperatures around 30 degrees, but the humidex will make it feel more like 38.

Keep a close eye out for the early signs of heat exhaustion.

And be sure to apply lots of sunscreen if you choose to be outside, and find a cool or shady spot to rest.
