13 Dalhousie Denistry Students Allowed To Graduate

It doesn’t appear there will be serious consequences following a social media scandal in the dentistry program at Dalhousie University.

A new report indicates all the men involved will be able to graduate.

The university in Halifax suspended 13 dentistry students after sexist remarks against women were discovered in a private Facebook group.

The students recently completed a restorative justice program as punishment.

University President Richard Florizone says process has been intense.

He adds it’s been a difficult time for Dalhousie.

Florizone confirmed upon completion of their clinical requirements, all members of the Facebook group are eligible to graduate.
