Don’t forget to adjust your clocks to ‘fall back’

A reminder to turn your clocks back by one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.

It’s time to fall back as daylight saving time comes to an end.

It’ll happen at 2 am Sunday, and you’ll get an extra hour of sleep.

The sunrise will arrive earlier, but it will get darker earlier in the evenings.

Some regions in Northwestern Ontario don’t adjust their clocks. Pickle Lake, Atikokan, and New Osnaburgh remain on Eastern Standard Time year-round.

The time change is also a great reminder to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
