Pet Gifts Are A Popular Purchase For Christmas

Don’t forget your four legged and finned friends for Christmas this year!

Mary is A Pet Care Specialist at Global Pet Foods. She says it has been very busy this holiday season, “It is amazing to see the amount of time and energy people put into their pets presents. It is incredible, and it is really great to see how much people are putting out for their pets these days. It is fantastic.”

For the dogs this year, Mary says told us what their owners are buying, “I think one of the most popular toys is the puzzle toy. it really works the dogs brain and you can get them at various levels. They go levels one, two and three. Those have been really popular.”

There’s a popular one for cats as well. It is called the dancing fish, “It is a USB powered fish, I think it is about a foot long. It has an energy saving mode so when it is not being played with or interacted with it goes still. When it senses motion, the tail flaps,” Mary says.

She says you’ll even find gifts for bunnies, guinea pigs and even fish.

Mary has pets of her own, including dogs and cats, “My pets look forward to Christmas. They get their own gift bags. I fill them with toys and treats. They open it, they chew their bones. The make Christmas as fun as my son does.”
