Two men from Rothesay have been charged with manslaughter after the weekend death of a man in Saint John.
Garett Edward Johnston, 22, and Gordon Mitchell McMillan, 23, appeared in court Tuesday.
Police say the two men remain in custody and have a bail hearing set for Thursday morning.
Officers found a man unconscious at the intersection of Waterloo and Union streets early Saturday morning.
The 59-year-old man was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Members of the Major Crime Unit continue to investigate.
