Saint John police say a man reported unlawfully at large nearly three months ago is back in custody.
Police say Michael Deveau had failed to return to his approved residence on Jan. 13.
Deveau was serving a four-year sentence for several offences, including assault causing bodily harm.
Police announced on Tuesday morning that Deveau had been taken back into custody but did not provide any other details.
