A tragic crash on Campobello Island.
St. Stephen RCMP responded at around 11:20 Friday night to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 774 in Wilson’s Beach.
A 17-year-old passenger died at the scene of his injuries.
The driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
Members of the Machias Emergency Health Service, Campobello Fire Department, and Ambulance New Brunswick also attended the scene.
