A stabbing incident on the West side leaving a man and woman hurt and another young woman facing charges.
22 year old Mariah Perley is charged with unlawfully being in a dwelling and assault with a weapon and may face another charge.
Police were called to a Pine Avenue home early Tuesday night where a woman fled in a vehicle toward Fredericton but was stopped by the RCMP near Welsford.
Perley is undergoing an in jail assessment and is scheduled to be back in court on Monday afternoon where another charge may be laid.
A woman in her 20’s remains in hospital in stable condition and a man in his 20’s was also hurt after being hit with a blunt object.
