An inmate serving time for first degree murder has died at the Dorchester Penitentiary.
Correctional Service Canada says Melvin Miller died on March 16.
He had been serving an indeterminate sentence that began on June 12, 1972 for first-degree murder, attempted murdered, robbery and assault of a peace officer.
The circumstances surrounding his death are being reviewed by CSC.
