BooBees for a Cause is back, and it’s more spooktacular than ever!

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re celebrating one incredible woman who has turned her personal cancer journey into a beloved Halloween tradition of hope, gratitude and giving back.

After receiving treatment for breast cancer at Saint John Regional Hospital, Megan Parkhill wanted to thank the Oncology team who cared for her and help make the journey a little easier for others facing a cancer diagnosis.

So, she combined her love of Halloween with her passion for giving back, and BooBees for a Cause was born! 💕

Now in its fourth year, Megan’s creativity, resilience and the generosity of her community have helped raise more than $6,515 for local cancer care!

👻🎃🐝 And the Halloween magic is back! Megan’s home on Delmar Crescent in Quispamsis is transformed into “A Fright on Delmar,” a spectacular Halloween display with a whole lot of heart.

If you’re out exploring Halloween displays this month, make sure Megan’s is on your list! Bring the family, snap some photos, enjoy the spooky sights and consider making a donation to support patients receiving cancer care right here at home.

We’re so grateful to Megan for continuing to turn her own experience into something meaningful for others. 💗
