The City of Saint John is looking for input after the launch of its four-day compressed work week.
They want to hear from residents who have used the Customer Service Centre since the trial began in October 2022.
You’ll find a survey on their public engagement website Shape Your City Saint John until June 26.
This short, four-question survey is anonymous and will be used to help form future Customer Service strategies.
