N.B. motorists are paying more for fuel this week

No break for gasoline this week.

The cost for regular self-serve rose 1.1 cents to 176.5 for the maximum.

You’ll notice it selling for a few cents less at the pumps.

Diesel users will also notice a slight increase of 0.8 cents per litre. The maximum for diesel sits at 179.0.

These rate hikes are a result of the weekly price adjustments by the Energy and Utilities Board.
