A 37-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with an incident on Manawagonish Road in Saint John.
Police were called on Wednesday afternoon about an individual trespassing on private property.
A description was taken from video surveillance.
Officers discovered a stolen vehicle in the yard taken earlier that day and a woman was arrested nearby for possession of property obtained by crime.
She was released with a court appearance scheduled on July 9.
