Rhyah Stewart signs with MHL’s West Kent Steamers

Rhyah Stewart is heading to the Maritime Junior Hockey League.

She has signed with the West Kent Steamers, based in Bouctouche, New Brunswick.

Stewart helped Team Canada’s U18 women’s team win a bronze medal at the World Championships.

She spent last season with the Cape Breton West Islanders in the NS U18 Major League.

In a release, the Steamers say Stewart is a gamer, and is ready for the grind of Junior hockey.
