A 28-year-old man from Judique is dead after a car crash in Pointe des Robichaud in New Brunswick.

The RCMP says it happened at about 1 a.m. yesterday when the vehicle crossed the centre line and hit two power poles.

Three people were thrown from the vehicle. The 28-year-old man died at the scene, and the two others were taken to a hospital.

Several police units were on scene, including a collision reconstructionist.

Police have scheduled an autopsy to confirm exactly how the man died.
