Your signature is wanted for an online petition to make Saint John the model city for a new natiional poverty reduction strategy
Saint John-Rothesay MP Wayne Long made his first speech in the House of Commons on this issue.
Randy Hatfield of the Human Development Council tells us E-petition 291 is a way to make your voice heard.
He says there is no age limit on electronic petitions so they have spoken to high school, university and college about the chance for people of all ages to use a couple of clicks to show their support for Saint John.
MP Wayne Long will join Randy Hatfield for an official launch of the petition tomorrow at 5pm in the HDC offices in Brunswick Square.
