Pete Luckett’s grocery retail and wholesale business, operating as Pete’s Fine Foods is being bought by Sobeys.
The deal includes the Bedford and Halifax grocery retail locations and a wholesale operation.
The name is not going to change and no jobs will be lost.
Pete Luckett, we are told, will be kept on as a consultant.
