Codiac RCMP Release Bank Robbery Photos

Codiac RCMP have released two surveillance photos of a suspect involved in an armed robbery at the National Bank on Elmwood Drive in Moncton.

Around 11:30 Friday morning, a man entered the bank with a firearm and demanded money from a teller.

The suspect was wearing a blue Ralph Lauren jacket with the hood pulled up over his head, his face was covered with a ski mask and he is average in height and spoke with an English accent.

After only a few minutes, he ran away with an amount of cash.

A second armed robbery occurred Saturday morning at the CIBC on Mountain Road and police don’t know yet if they are connected.
