Charges have been laid after an ATV crash along Route 776 on Grand Manan.
The RCMP say an all-terrain vehicle driving on the road illegally and then crashed into a guardrail. The driver and passenger were both taken the hospital with minor injuries.
The 18 year old driver has been charged for driving illegally on the road while the passenger, a 15-year-old boy from Grand Manan, was charged for not wearing a helmet.
The RCMP also stopped an ATV for driving illegally at the intersection of Ingalls Head Road and Brownville Road on Grand Manan. The driver, a 26-year-old Grand Manan woman will be appearing in court later for impaired driving.
