Over 169,000 illegal cigarettes have been seized by the Contraband Enforcement Unit of Public Safety with the help of the Fredericton police as part of a two week ivnestigation.
A 62-year-old man was arrested and is facing charges.
The provincial tax value of the seized cigarettes is more than $37,700.
