A man in his late 40’s has died in a workplace accident at a peat moss harvesting site in Inkerman about 15 kilometres north of Tracadie-Sheila.
The man was killed from crushing injuries involving a hydraulic conveyor.
WorkSafeNB issued a stop-work order to Sun Gro Horticulture.
WorkSafeNB officers were at the worksite through the weekend and were still investigating this morning.
