A 29 year old man was arrested early this morning for assaulting a cab driver on Glen Road. City Police say a struggle broke out after the man told the cabbie he didn’t have any money to pay the fare.The man was taken to detention where he spit at a police officer and he now faces two charges of assaulting the cab driver and assaulting a police officer.
Also early this morning, City Police arrested a 15 year old girl at a residence on Lansdowne Avenue after a staff member was shoved and a threat was made to burn down the house. She later spit at a police officer while being searched in detention and is facing charges of assaulting the staff member, assaulting a police officer and making threats.
