The generosity of Maritimers was on full display over the weekend.
More than $6.2 million was raised for the IWK Children’s Hospital in Halifax with
CTV hosting its annual telethon for the facility.
The record breaking total was revealed at the end of the marathon broadcast Sunday evening.
The telethon ran from 7pm Saturday until supper time yesterday.
