RCMP are asking for help to try and solve a shooting incident in Bouctouche.
Police received a call on Friday evening about a single vehicle crash on Route 475 in the town.
The vehicle left the road and landed on the beach near the water.
When officers arrived, they found a 40-year-old Richibucto man with a gunshot wound.
The man was later taken to the Moncton Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
While Mounties believe this is an isolated incident, if anyone has information, they are asked to call Richibucto RCMP at 506-523-4611 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
