It’s estimated 500 million litres of fuel will be lost because drivers don’t have their tires properly inflated and that will add 1.2 million tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
It’s also enough gas to power 275 thousand vehicles for the entire year and will hit drivers hard in their pocketbooks because they’ll be spending 675 million dollars to replenish the gas that’s wasted.
