Almost 40 years after the crime began, a 71 year old is facing charges for sexual assault.
Jean-Paul Lanteigne pleading guilty in Bathurst to a historical charge of sexual assault.
The charges relate to incidents that occurred between 1977 and 1980.
Lanteigne has chosen to be tried by judge alone and is due to be sentenced in September.
