A new style fundraiser is taking place today called the Fete En Blanc.
Participants dress in white and bring their own food to the event but don’t know the location until a few hours before the event.
Organizer Lisa Gribbons tells us they thought it was a cool idea they wanted to bring to Saint John.
She says there are many events like this worldwide and they really liked the concept and wanted to tweak it a bit.
The event is a fundraiser for First Steps Housing.
Someone taking part tonight will win a trip for two to Paris.
