The Gallant government is providing a $250,000 forgivable loan to a Massachusetts-based I.T. company and a payroll rebate of up to $97,000 to help the company set up shop in Moncton.
Back Office Associates has already hired 10 people and plans to create up to 50 jobs over the next three years.
Originally from Moncton, president/CEO David Booth says Back Office Associates is a highly focused, global company
“We deal in a specialized area of the industry which is systems-level data. So for people that are building highly complex, very large systems, we help makes sense of how that structured data in those systems work.”
Booth says McCain Foods is already one of his company’s clients and chairperson Alison McCain convinced him to set up in New Brunswick.
Booth is originally from Moncton and still maintains a cottage in Shediac.
