A Saint John Judge Rejects Crosby’s Injuction Application

One Rothesay man’s mission to stop upgrades to the Rothesay common may be stalled.

Mr. Justice Thomas Christie rejecting an application for a court injuction by Jim Crosby to 2.2 million dollars worth of upgrades that are already underway.

The judge noting that Crosby already has one of five appeals before the New Brunswick Assessment and Planning Appeal Board.
