Dress Code For Workers At Horizon Health

Horizon Health wants its employees to be more professional in their appearance which is why there’s a dress code because of feedback from patients who questioned the wearing of jeans and hoodies.

The Vice President of Quality and Patient Centred Care, Margaret Melanson says changes are coming next year with the nurses who will be asked to go back to wearing white and black uniforms.

Hospital workers will also have to prominently display their I-D badges so patients can more easily identify them as staff members.
