Man Sentenced For Driving City Transit Bus While Over Legal Blood Alcohol Limit

44-year-old Walter Scott Lennon being sentenced to 50 days in provincial jail for driving a Saint John Transit bus back in October of last year while nearly four times over the legal blood alcohol limit and for having unlicensed and unsafely stored weapons during a separate incident the next day at an apartment building on Loch Lomond Road.

Judge Andrew Palmer also ordering Lennon to pay a $1500 fine plus a victim surcharge fee for an earlier incident in July of last year when he was driving while well over the legal blood alcohol limit.
