KV’s deputy police chief likes to run and in has more than 40,000 kilometes-the equivalent of running around the globe.
Steve Palmer tells CHSJ News it’s been a big help in his police career.
He says some of those days that are very difficult when you go for a run it doesn’t seem quite as bad adding the health benefits are well known.
Palmer is proud of the achievement saying he put a lot of effort into it and ran in some pretty terrible conditions.
