A 15 year old boy is facing a mischief charge relating to a bomb threat at Fredericton High last year.
On December 11th, the Fredericton Police Force heard about a possible explosive device at FHS and staff and students were evacuated from the school as a precaution.
The Explosive Device Unit, Emergency Response Team along with K-9 units from the RCMP and Fredericton police and the Fredericton fire department all responded to the call.
The school was searched and no explosive devices were located.
