Half Of Parents Concerned Their Child Is Cyberbullying Other Kids

A recent survey of parents of kids ages 8 to 16 found that parents of girls are the most concerned about their kids bullying others online.

Interestingly, kids aren’t the only ones being bullied with 8-percent of adults saying they’ve been harassed via Facebook or email at some point according to the Protecting Canadian Families online survey.

The majority of parents, 89-percent, said they thought their kids would tell them if they were a victim of cyberbullying.

However, the facts are a little more discouraging with only an estimated 8-percent of teens who are bullied reporting it to their parents.
