Former Saint John common councillor Kathy Rogers is being mourned by her family, friends, and former consitituents.
Rogers passed away yesterday at the age of 54
At just 25 she was the youngest councillor ever elected to that office in Saint John and served three terms from from 1986-1995. She is survived by her brothers, David, Keith and Mark and many other family members
Rogers was known as an active volunteer in the city who was instrumental in developing Skate to Care, as well as our major pond hockey tournament.
