The Mayor’s tree lighting ceremony has become a Christmas tradition and it’s taking place tonight at 6:00 in Loyalist Plaza.
We hear from the city there will be refreshments and giveaways for children.
City staffers will also be on hand to collect non-perishable food items and the carolling will begin at 5:45.
