A 28 year old woman is facing two charges including assault with a weapon after an incident at Arena Lane and Scott Avenue in Rothesay.
A group of sixty students were attempting to swarm up to three people including this woman when she shot off a pellet gun.
One person was hit in the shoulder but not hurt. The woman has been released on conditions.
Rothesay Regional Police tell us no other charges are expected.
