With crime an ongoing problem in the Scott Avenue area, there’s been a little buzz on Facebook about starting up a Vertical Watch Program. Similar to a Neighborhood Watch program but tailored to apartments, it would rely on residents to monitor what’s happening in their buildings.
Constable Krystal Daley tells CHSJ News they’re still trying to gauge the interest level but haven’t heard from too many people yet.
