Child porn charges have been laid against a New Brunswick man following an investigation by the Canada Border Services Agency and Halifax Regional Police.
Canada Border Services officers found child pornography on an electronic device while searching a vessel on August 16th.
Investigators later detemined the device belonged to Julien Marceau, a crew member of the vessel.
Marceau was turned over to Halifax police who laid charges of possession of child pornography.
Canada Border Services also charged Marceau with smuggling.
