Jeff McAloon of the Saint John Regional Hosptial Foundation tells CHSJ News the outdoor fireplace and the master bedroom really stick out in this house.

Summer Haven Crescent is located off the Gibbon Road.
The Rothesay road remains under construction so anyone coming out to see the house should factor in some extra time.
