The RCMP are investigating the circumstances of a fatality along Highway 1 in Waweig.
A 43 year-old St. George woman was struck by a vehicle while walking along the highway and died from her injuries.
The RCMP say the driver, a 34-year-old man from St. George, was not impaired. He was taken to hospital after being injured in the collision.
