General Manager at Kent Homes Steve Wheeler says the great thing is, they’re small enough that you can choose where you would like to put them, “It’s essentially an RV. You can pout them on your own property, or if you have a price of land somewhere, you can park them there as well. Obviously you will need a truck to drive them around.”
The current model is about 270 square feet including the loft, and Wheeler says they come with several essentials, “Fireplace, propane stove, washer/dryer/, fridge, TV and entertainment centre, basically all of the necessities that one would need.”
They range in price between $59, 000 and $79, 000..
