For being cool and calm in an incident involving a man with a weapon, two Saint John officers are being recognized for their actions.
It happened on June 9th of this year when Sgt. Steve Wilson and Cst. David Macdonald talked a suspect down and were able to remove a weapon without anyone being hurt.
The commendations will be presented to both officers during a ceremony on Tuesday at the monthly Police Commission meeting.
