Saint John Police Probe Another Diamond Theft

Police in Saint John are dealing with another diamond theft and this time it’s a rock worth $26,000.

Investigators with the Major Crime Unit are looking into a break, enter and theft at a home on Ellerdale Street sometime between last Friday and today.

The 3.66 karat diamond ring has great sentimental value to the owner.

Two people have been arrested and charged and while a number of items have been recovered the ring has not.

City police are looking for your help in finding this ring.
