City Police have arrested three men, aged 37, 24 and 22 for robbery. The arrests were made after a 24 year old man told police he was threatened with a weapon and then robbed by three men along Peter Street.
Police also responded after another man was stabbed during an argument along Wentworth Street. He was found lying on the street bleeding and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police arrested a 29 year old woman on a charge of assault with a weapon.
