Police say a man who was unlawfully at large from a Saint John halfway house has been arrested.
Sgt. Stephen Wilson with the Saint John Police Force said the 46-year-old man was located on Westmorland Road early Saturday evening.
Wilson said the accused had failed to return to the Parrtown Community Correctional Centre on March 11 as part of his parole conditions.
The man is scheduled to appear before a judge by telephone remand on Sunday.
