This week is Disability Awareness Week in New Brunswick, a time to celebrate inclusion.
The theme this year is “Better Together.”
There are a number of events slated for the whole week, starting with a Pop-Up Market Sunday at Key Industries here in Saint John.
Spokesperson Greg Cutler says that isn’t the only event taking place.
“Also it will be our official kick-off, so there will be some cake and some dignitary speeches and prizes and things like that,” he said in an interview.
Cutler says other events throughout the week include a town hall meeting, an employers success road trip, and the ever popular walk and roll on Friday.
