Five Arrested After Searches In Saint John, Norton

A trio of search warrants led to five arrests in the Saint John area on Thursday morning.

Acting Insp. Dave Brooker with the Saint John Police Force said the searches took place at two homes on Kennedy Street in the north end and on Sands Road in Norton.

Brooker said two men and three women — aged 21 to 57 — are due in court later to face drug-related charges.

No word from police on what, if anything, was seized during the investigation.

Members of the Saint John, Kennebecasis Regional and Fredericton police forces were involved in the searches, said Brooker.
