A 21-year-old man from Tracadie has died following a collision in Saint Simon.
Shortly before 5 PM Friday, Caraquet RCMP responded to a call of a collision between a motorcycle and a car on Route 335 in Saint Simon.
RCMP believe the driver of the motorcycle lost control while travelling westbound, and collided with the car travelling eastbound.
The driver of the motorcycle died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
The lone occupant of the car was not injured.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene and an investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
