City crews in Saint John continue to clean up the damage left behind by post-tropical storm Dorian this weekend.
The city said Monday’s focus will be starting the cleanup of debris that has already been cut up and pushed to the side.
“Once this is complete, crews will assess any compromised trees and determine if they need to come down,” said the city.
From there, they will focus their attention on parks and public spaces which may have received damage.
Crews are also assessing other infrastructure damage, such as roads and sidewalks.
“A work plan will then prioritize the repairs and reinstatement of any damaged infrastructure,” the city said.

Residents are reminded not to walk under, climb ob, or try to salvage trees or lines which have fallen. Drivers should also slow down in areas where crews are working.
Several roads were closed due to flooding or downed trees or power lines but have all since reopened.
